FAQ and Return Policies

Return Policy

As a small buisness and artist, returns and refunds impact my ability keep creating. With that in mind, my return policies are as follows:

• Returns or refunds will only be accepted/given if the item arrives damaged or you recieve an item not ordered. 
• Once your order arrives, you have 7 days to initiate a return/refund by sending me a message or email. We will talk about the issue and figure out the best course of action (refund, return, or replacement). 
• Please do not just ship the item back without communication!
• You will be responsible for any shipping charges for returns.
• For returns, only once I recieve the item will I give a refund.
